New SOHC Pinto 2.0 cylinder head manufactured from 356-T6 aluminium. Std sized CNC machined inlet & exhaust tracts allow for custom porting to customer requirements. Modular/replaceable cam bearings towers. Line bored 660 bearing bronze cam bearings. Ceramic sealed water passages. M12x1.25 spark plug threads. 4130 oil spray bar with .025" lubrication holes. Spray bar is inserted through the cam bearing towers and sprays directly to camshaft/follower contact point. Oil drain back outlet. 9.5kg lighter than OEM cast iron head. Fitted with Bronze valve guides & hardened valve seats. Supplied to take 1.75" inlet and 1.5" exhaust valves. Valve seats are fitted but unmachined to allow builder to set valves at required height. Fits with our FT1071 alloy cam covers only.
