4 and 5 speed FWD transaxle. The original Ford FWD box which has only recently been superseded by the similar IB5 box. 20mm x 17 spline input shaft. Fitted in:

- Ford Escort / Orion Mk3 / Mk4 / Mk5
Oil capacity: 4 speed 2.8 litres, 5 speed 3.1 litres.
Standard oil grade SAE80.
